PT Mitratanker Samudera, established since March 1990, get a long contract from Pertamina as Trader. Pertamina ask Mitra to build the vessel. PT Mitratanker Samudera joins with KUO and  Nissho with the name Mayhill build 2 vessels.  When the contract with Pertamina finish. NOSM take 2 vessels to under NOSM management, and PT. Mitratanker Samudera recruits that ship’s crew to be employed on board vessels.

Ship’s crews are recruited from all ranks, Rating positions and Officers position both Deck and Engine. All crew’s candidates are selected through selective filtering to find the best crew with suitable experience and certification. Those who are selected must have certificates in compliance with STCW, MLC 2006  and Flag State Legislation and customer requirement.
